Terms of Agreement

By downloading or using Softiq applications or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. License Use

Softiq grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, graphics, and functionality are the proprietary property of Softiq (Bulgaria) and are protected by international copyright laws.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with our digital products. However, as our applications are sold through third-party platforms, the refund process is governed by those platforms.

A. Apple App Store (iOS, iPadOS, macOS)

Softiq does not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store. All billing is handled securely by Apple.

To request a refund, you must contact Apple directly:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Select "Request a refund" and choose the reason.

B. Microsoft Windows Store

For applications purchased via the Microsoft Store, billing is handled by Microsoft. To request a refund:

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account Order History.
  2. Find the app and select "Request a return."
